Unit size
Assess the amount of rooms you will be storing,
even portions of rooms, i.e. Half
living room, half bedroom.
Remember items stack and can be placed on their sides.
Utilize all the space, even the height, your paying for
it.
Length of Stay
It is month to month rental, anniversary day billing.
That means the day you sign up, put in a pin number and
get keys, you are paid up to the same date the following
month.
Climate Controlled
Some items should be temperature/humidity regulated,
such as; antiques, artwork, leather furniture and pianos
are some item that should be stored in climate control
units. For the most part it is just a matter of preference
whether you chose non-climate or climate controlled. We
have both types available.
When to start
Call for availability at least a week in advance. This
way you have a choice of units and sizes. Planning ahead
helps make it easier to handle all the little details
that are involved in a move.
Automatic Credit Card Payments
We have a system where we can debit your credit
card the day the rent is due. This eliminates the worry
of receiving bills or late fees.
Insurance
While you use storage you might be covered under your
homeowners policy or your apartment rental insurance.
Call your agent and find out. Insurance is available through
Deans and Homer Insurance for storage.
